The Second Act:

I am a software engineer turned writer, educator, and occasional actor. After 25 years in the field of enterprise software, I left tech in 2015 to pursue what I always wanted — to write. I have written opinion pieces on a variety of political, social, and economic issues with Fair Observer, and have published Tamil books with Sandhya Pathippagam based in Chennai. When I'm not writing, I'm hiking Bay Area trails, working with Stanford School of Medicine students, or acting in South Asian theater.
